Wellesley Sports Center, Wellesley

This site located along Route 9 and Dale St. was developed into a 130,000 sf sports complex featuring two NHL regulation ice surfaces (one fully sled hockey compatible), indoor synthetic turf field, competition swimming pool, warm up pool, sports rehabilitation, strength training, track, and an academic coaching center. The facility is also home to the Boston Sports Institute - a Steward Health facility.

New England Baseball Complex, Northboro

This 33 acre site includes a 3-field baseball complex and concession stations with a total of 184 on-site parking spaces. This site is adjacent to Route 20, accessible via a signalized driveway connection and a secondary driveway restricted to right-in movements from Route 20.

Thayer Academy South Athletics Campus, Braintree

This sports complex is located 1.5 miles from the campus of Thayer Academy, a private coeducational day school for grades 5 - 12 and lies adjacent to the Braintree Business Park on Braxton Street. The athletic center includes a 72,500 sf indoor sports complex containing one regulation-size ice rink, a half-size rink, synthetic turf field, and four adjacent outdoor tennis courts. On-site parking provides 350 surface spaces for convenient access to the center.

Fore Kicks II Sports Complex, Marlborough

This 130,000 sf recreational facility includes 4 synthetic turf soccer fields, one boarded field for multi-sport use, and 2 basketball courts in addition to 2 turf outdoor fields. The facility is provided with a total of 340 on-site parking spaces to meet maximum potential demand.
