This charter school was constructed along the southern portion of a group of commercial parcels at 413-419 Bremen St. Excel Academy proposed a relocated 220-student middle school and a new high school to accommodate up to 670 students.
Services Provided: Transportation Access Plan Agreement (TAPA), Traffic and circulation assessment pertaining to school traffic operations, traffic and parking management plan (TMP)
Brooke School, Mattapan
This charter school accommodates relocation of Brooke School operations to 150-160 American Legion Highway, allowing expanded enrollment to 475 students in grades K through 8.
