This site is a redevelopment of the former LAZ Parking Lot at the corner of Washington St and the Arborway into a walkable mixed-use development providing 250 rental apartments and 4,000 sf of street-front retail and restaurant space. The project is adjacent to the MBTA Forest Hills Station and Arborway Multi-Use Path, and is serviced by Hubway bike share stations and an on-site car share service.

This project is a redevelopment of commercial property at Riverdale Ave along the Charles River into a mixed-use development that includes 204 rental units along with 4,600 sf of retail and public amenity space and 18,000 sf of office/innovation space. The project is directly connected to the Charles River multi-modal bike path and MBTA bus station at Watertown Yards.

Hancock Estates, Newton
This 88-unit apartment community was completed in 2017 and features an adjoining conservation area and is supported by enhanced sidewalk and pedestrian amenities that provide access to nearby MBTA service.
