This 37-acre site is a multi-tenant life science center with approximately 377,000 gross square feet (gsf) of office and laboratory space located in several buildings along Hayden Ave. The new addition of 75 Hayden Ave to the property adds approximately 219,000 gsf of office and R&D space. The property contains a total of 1600 combined surface lot and garage parking spaces as well as 150 bicycle parking spaces.

This commercial redevelopment is the site of a new Amazon Robotics facility, containing approximately 363,000 sf of renovated and/or new general office and warehousing/light manufacturing space. Amazon Robotics focuses on R&D of robotic technology that automates fulfillment center operations.
