The property contains a total of 1600 combined surface lot and garage parking spaces as well as 150 bicycle parking spaces.

This commercial redevelopment is the site of a new Amazon Robotics facility, containing approximately 363,000 sf of renovated and/or new general office and warehousing/light manufacturing space. Amazon Robotics focuses on R&D of robotic technology that automates fulfillment center operations.

Redevelopment and expansion of an existing 88,000 sf facility to provide 107,000 sf of office/R&D space along New York Ave.
