South Bay, Dorchester

South Bay is a redevelopment of industrial property to provide a 1,000,000 sf mixed-use  development that includes 475 residential units, 113,000 sf of retail, a 12-screen theatre and 130-room hotel.  The project integrates multi-modal features including MBTA stops/connections to Andrew Square and Newmarket.

Services Provided: Article 80 and MEPA Transportation studies, public process, Boston Transportation Department Transportation Access Plan Agreement (TAPA), Engineering Design for I-93 Frontage Road roadway improvements (MassDOT).

Woburn Village

Woburn Village represents an adaptive reuse of the 23-acre Woburn Mall to include 450 residential units and 175,000 sf of new mixed-use retail including entertainment programming where residents can live, work and play in a walkable environment.


Services Provided: Transportation and parking studies, public process, MassDOT Road Safety Audit (RSA), and signal  design services including intersection reconfiguration/signal modifications and pedestrian infrastructure improvements.

Landing 53 is a redevelopment of commercial property at Route 53/ FL Wright Connector, opposite the MBTA Weymouth Landing commuter rail station.  The project includes 174 apartment units and 12,000 sf of retail. 


Services Provided: Transportation and parking studies, public process, and design services including a state of the art garage entry warning system for pedestrians.
