This business park is located on a 178-acre parcel abutting Route 146 to the east and Route 16 to the north. The park comprises 1,400,000 gsf of warehousing in several lots with 2020 Phase I occupancy by Medline.

This business park is located on a 99-acre parcel at Route 146 Exit 3. The park comprises a 518,000 gsf of sortation facility with 184,000 sf ancillary robotics mezzanine to be tenanted by Amazon.
